Technical support

If an issue arises, you can reach us for immediate assistance. We resolve most technical glitches remotely within minutes, ensuring your system remains reliable and functional without requiring an onsite visit or disrupting daily routines.

Remote reprogramming

As needs evolve, we help you remotely configure the system to track specific risks. We can set up tailored alerts for front door motion, bed exits, or bathroom overstays, alongside monitoring for night-time wandering and sedentary behavior, ensuring protection adapts to changing dementia symptoms.

Equipment removal

Your one-off installation fee includes the professional removal of our proprietary devices. When our services are no longer required, we handle the decommissioning process to ensure a hassle-free experience.
