SmartGuardian sensors were discreetly installed throughout Mary's home, monitoring her movements 24/7 without any wearable device required.

Remote Response Capabilities

When an alert is triggered, Mary's daughter can immediately view a privacy-safe playback of the incident using the stick-figure model, allowing her to assess the situation remotely.

She can communicate directly with Mary through the smart speaker in the room, providing reassurance or coordinating emergency response without delay.

Voice-Activated Communication

Mary's installation was initially a SmartGuardian installation that was installed prior to a hospital discharge to ensure her safety upon returning home. It was installed in her bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and hall, installed, calibrated and family trained in an afternoon. The smart screen in the living room and smart speakers in each of the other rooms were installed a couple of weeks later to add an additional layer of security and priceless easy family communication.

For a capped monthly fee of €119, regardless of system size, we provide SmartGuardian device rental, technical support, and expert system adjustments as your loved one’s needs change. In this example there was a €1,500 one-off setup fee to cover the professional installation, customisation, family training, and even future removal of the system for a 5 zone installation. We handle the technology, so you can focus on the care.

No. The monthly charge is a rolling month-to-month agreement with no minimum commitment period. Mary's family can cancel at any time and our team will arrange removal of all equipment.

If the server connection is lost to either the SmartGuardian sensors or smart speaker system, either through loss of power or broadband signal, an alert is sent to family members via each system's app.
